Sunday Worship

"Worship the Lord your God with all your heart,
and with all your mind, and with all your soul."

Worship is the center from which the rest of Christian Life flows. It is the single most important ministry in which we can be engaged.

Some of us like to dress up for Sundays while some prefer to dress down. You are valued for who are, not what you wear.

On Sundays, we offer many opportunities for you to connect with God through different styles of worship. At each service, you will find faithful preaching, the nourishment of Holy Communion, and a warm community where everyone is welcome. Choose from the opportunities below to exercise your love for God and strengthen your faith in heart, mind, and soul.

• Sundays at 8 a.m.
  Early on Sundays, some members of our community gather for a simple and quiet service.. As the week dawns, take time to be quiet and still, to pray and reflect, and to receive the gift of the Sacrament of Holy Communion. This service is followed by a friendly coffee hour in the parish hall.
• Sundays at 10 a.m.
  This is our fullest expression of the beauty, substance, and depth of worship in the Episcopal tradition. Children have the option of participating in church school classes with age-appropriate lessons and joining the congregation for communion. Classic hymns with organ and choir, a full complement of scripture, readings, and sermon will nourish your mind, as well as your soul and spirit. A lively coffee hour follows this service in the parish hall.
• First Sundays @ 5
  (October –May) Worshipers gather in candlelight around the baptismal font to explore their faith in a different setting. This worship experience is designed to calm our senses with candlelight, soft music and a time alone with God.

  • 9:00 a.m. Coffee Hour
    Join us between services for snacks, sweet treats, refreshments, and fellowship
  • 9:15 a.m. Adult Spiritual Formation offers a broad range of spiritual and theological subjects with thoughtful discussion (September - May)
  • 9:45 a.m. Sunday School for Youth & Teens (September - May)
• Children, Youth and Teens have the option of participating in church school classes with age-appropriate lessons and joining the congregation for communion.
• 11:15 a.m. Coffee Hour
  Join us after the 10 a.m. service for snacks, sweet treats, refreshments, and fellowship!

Our church office is open Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m. till 4 p.m. The office is located just past the main entrance of the church. Our office phone number is 314-821-1806. Drop by and say "hello" or call ahead to arrange a tour of the church or to talk with a staff member.
